Session Options:

• 60 minutes: $90
• 90 minutes: $130
• 120 minutes: $160

Cranial Sacral Therapy

With a delicate and deliberate touch, a craniosacral therapist 'listens' for the sounds and rhythms of cerebral fluid within the cranial region and, with skill and focus, manipulates it. This practice has circulatory, mental, and physical health benefits.

Reiki

An energy healing technique where practitioners align with and channel frequencies of divine love and healing for the highest good of those they treat. This can help us clear emotional blockages, relieve stress, and inspire consistent changes that allow us to realize our potential.

As a Reiki Master, Laura integrates the modality into her intuitive bodywork and teaches certification classes when groups of dedicated people are interested.
