I have been practicing massage and healing for over 35 years. I received advanced training in many modalities including reflexology, sports massage, and trigger point therapy. When I discovered Cranial Sacral Therapy in 1994 it changed the direction of my life and work.

I found I could connect to deeper levels when doing Cranial Sacral Therapy. I often feel the tension patterns and hear where there is coherence and where needs tending to. This inspired me so much that I dedicated the next 20 years to studying different aspects of subtle energies and healing. I became a Reiki Master, and an Integrated Energy Therapy Master Instructor (I.E.T.). I am ordained as a minister at the IM School of Healing Arts after 5 years of intense study (based in Ancient Mystery School teachings). I also became a registered Medium.

I would say my gifts are in my ability to listen to the mind, body, heart and soul - getting the "issues out of the tissues" - to help balance, integrate and release that which no longer serves you, so that you may live a healthier, more authentic life.

Each session is intuitively guided to meet your unique needs, combining various techniques to create a deeply transformative experience and sometimes connect with your inner child.

My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your body's natural wisdom.
